Tissue Array (or Tissue MicroArray) is a method of relocating multiple tissues from conventional histologic paraffin blocks so that tissues from multiple patients can be seen on a same slide.
  • Immunohistochemistry
  • Fluorescent in situ hybridization (FISH)
  • mRNA in situ hybridization
  • miRNA in situ hybridization
  • TUNEL for apoptosis
  • Nucleic acid extraction
  • Experimental uniformity
  • Saving the assay volume
  • Reduce the number of slides and workload
  • Large cores of 2.0 mm in diameter
  • Fresh-cut slides
  • Compatible with automatic IHC/ISH staining system (Ventana, Leica, Dako, etc.)
  • Individual slide is put in an air-tight pack with inert gas.
  • Tissue array slides are shipped at room temperature.
  • If the slides are stored in 4 degree, they are good up to one year.
